About

Behavioural scientist exploring how misinformation shapes public health decisions — and how we can counter it.

I am a behavioural scientist whose research sits at the intersection of social norms, vaccine decision-making, and health communication. I combine pre-registered online experiments with insights from behavioural economics to study how misinformation spreads — and how it can be effectively countered.

My PhD at Warwick Medical School examined the social influence of vaccine misinformation and its correction on social media during a pandemic. I have published in Behavioural Public Policy, Vaccine, BMJ Open, Scientific Reports, and the Interactive Journal of Medical Research, and was a Research Fellow at Bocconi University on the EU-funded REACH-OUT project.

I hold an MSc in Behavioural and Experimental Economics from the University of East Anglia, and have prior experience consulting with the World Bank's Mind, Behavior and Development Unit. I am currently working with the Overseas Development Institute on a health financing landscape analysis for Sierra Leone.
